A Sylt institution for over 30-years, Rotes Kliff is the island's top dance club that banks more on the musicality of its events than the fashion-ability of its clientele. Not to say that the crowd at Rotes Kliff isn't hip, a collection of younger 20-30-somethings that make the cut on prime summer weekends to attend cutting edge dance parties partial to techno and electronic dance mixes. The club recently got an interior upgrade, walls now embellished with sleek LCD lighting around a neon-lit bar of green and amber lighting. The lounge is configured in several red-upholstered banquettes conducive to champagne service on busier nights or just lonesome 19-year olds sipping Becks on quieter nights.
